However, if for any reason you need to return your product under warranty, we will make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

To initiate a return, please complete the form below. Once submitted, you will receive a returns form and a postage label. Be sure to retain your proof of postage when sending your return.

Important Notes:

• Please print and include the returns form with your return package.
• We kindly ask that you do not include any boxes or accessories, as we cannot guarantee their return.
• If a manufacturing fault is found, you will be provided with a replacement product. Unfortunately, we do not offer repairs.
• For limited-edition products that are unavailable, a like-for-like replacement will be provided under the warranty terms.
• All replacement products will be sent with a UK 3-pin plug.
